Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/creator-kit/setup and download the CreatorKitCore solution. Ensure the Power Apps code components for Canvas apps feature is enabled in the Environment settings.
Head to https://make.powerapps.com/ and install the CreatorKitCore solution you have downloaded.
Navigate to Connections in PowerApps and establish connections for the following:
Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/coe/setup-core-components#before-you-start and download the CoE Starter Kit compressed file.
Extract the contents of the zip file.
Import the CenterOfExcellenceCoreComponents Zip file into your environment. On import it will ask you to input values for environment variables, fill in the below values:

Wait for the solution to import.
Launch the CoE Setup and Upgrade Wizard app.
Follow the wizard to setup.
At each step make sure the following flows are turned on
Child flows
Setup Flows
Inventory flows
Navigate to the Admin | Audit Logs | Office 365 Management API Subscription and turn it on. Select run and enter start as the operation.
Check the outcome of the flow for either a 200 or 400 response.
Turn on the Admin | Audit Logs | Sync Audit Logs (V2) flow
Download Power BI Desktop from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494
Open the Production_CoEDashboard .pbit file from the folder you extracted earlier and specify the org URL when prompted.
Save and Publish the Dashboard to the relevant workspace.
Navigate to app.powerbi.com and configure scheduled refresh for the dataset.
Once the Admin | Sync Template v3. Has run, this is complete.
